  • Set a Morning Routine – Starting your day with a solid routine can help you feel more prepared and energized. Whether it’s meditation, exercise, or enjoying a cup of coffee, find activities that help you feel ready to take on the day.
  • Meal Prep for the Week – Planning and prepping your meals for the week can save you time and stress when it comes to mealtime. Consider cooking a large batch of a recipe and portioning it out for the week. This will help you eat healthier and avoid the hassle of deciding what to eat each day.
  • Use Time-Blocking – Time-blocking involves dividing your day into specific tasks or activities and setting a designated amount of time for each. This can help you stay focused and make the most of your time.
